2. Review / Renew
If you’re a new client or a returning client, one of our Call Centre brokers will review your insurance, discuss options to maximize savings, insure you correctly for your specific situation and complete your renewal.
Once the insurance details are complete, select your date, time and location for delivery. Some people find it best to have their renewal completed at home, others at their office – it’s really up to you. Delivery range includes most of the Lower Mainland – Lions Bay to Abbotsford. Depending on time, we can deliver same day or next day, between 9am and 9pm, 363 days of the year.
We ask that you provide a two hour window for delivery (though we make every effort to get it to you at the exact time you specify) Then just show your current drivers license to confirm identity and sign your insurance documents. It’s that easy.

Do I have to be an existing Allwest customer to get auto insurance delivered?
No. New customers with us also qualify for free insurance delivery. Just give us a call to start your renewal process.
I left my auto insurance until the last minute. Can I still get it delivered with Door2Door?
Yes. Delivery times vary depending on our drivers’ schedules, but let us know when and where you need your insurance delivered and we will do our best to get your renewal processed ASAP.
What are your Door2Door delivery Covid-19 safety protocols?
The Door2Door delivery process is touchless. Your auto insurance renewal is processed electronically. Our drivers are masked, stay socially-distanced and sanitize after every delivery. They can even attach your new decal to your license plate while you stay safely indoors.
Where does Door2Door Deliver?
Our drivers serve almost all of Greater Vancouver, from Abbotsford to Lions Bay.
Do I have to be at my home address to receive delivery?
No. If it makes it easier for you to have your auto insurance delivered to your office, school, or even your favourite beach, we can probably make it happen. As long as we can confirm your identity, we deliver!
What if I need new plates?
No problem. Our Door2Door drivers can bring new plates along with your policy and in many cases, even attach them for you.
Can I make updates or changes to my policy with Door2Door?
