Insurance Contact Centre Agent (Full-Time)
Reporting to the Insurance Contact Centre Manager or supervisor, you will contribute to the success of the company by contacting clients to renew their auto insurance and utilize our industry leading delivery service. This position requires strong sales skills, attention to detail, organization skills, and incredibly high customer service skills as well as a level 1/2 insurance license. You will be part of an exciting upbeat team that contributes to the corporate success by ensuring a relentless focus on renewing our clients’ auto insurance and customer service. This position works out of our Burnaby Office. Please note that the office is open 6-days a week. 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 6pm on Saturday. This position would require flexible availability to fit these hours.
